Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It can take longer during holiday season or if the number of orders is larger than usual.

You will be getting email notifications with order status updates. after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update shipping information.

  • It takes 2-3 business days for continental US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
